Three programs, one goal: stepping up and Stepping out
1915(i) Provider
The 1915(i) is a Medicaid program that allows individuals with behavioral health conditions to access supportive home and community-based services.

You Shine Too provides the following services:
- Care Coordination: develops a person-centered plan of care and assists in gaining access to needed 1915i services
- Peer Support: help for you from other people who also live with challenges
- Non-Medical Transportation: rides to activities in your community or to non-medical appointments to help you meet your goals

ND Sponsored Free Through Recovery Provider
Community Based Health Program designed to increase recovery support services to individuals involved with the criminal justice system who have behavioral health concerns.
If you are in parole or probation and are interested, please speak to your Parole or Probation Officer for a referral.
ND Sponsored Community Connect Provider
Support Services for Recovery, Housing, Employment and Community. Click here to see if you or a loved one qualify.
Individual Eligibility
To meet the criteria for Community Connect an individual must meet the following criteria:
- 18 years of age or older
- Resides in North Dakota
- Have a Mental Health or Substance Use Disorder diagnosis impacting functionality in multiple domains including housing, employment, parenting, physical health, and/or community connections.
